Good morning Ladies! Recently my son helped me to create a web site. I hope you have been able to look at it: www.titustwoandtea.com He added the blog onto the site so you can click easily onto it. So take a look!
I have been thinking about a woman's time. Sheri Rose Shepherd has a little book out called: His Princess Love Letters from your King. It has many lovely thoughts in it. On one page it talks about the fact that a princess' time is valuable. Sheri Rose writes: "The time I have given you is of eternal importance. Your life matters, and the most valuable asset you can give to someone or something is time. Remember, My royal one, I want all of your appointments to be in My perfect will. Not all good opportunities are from Me. Keep in mind, My love, that there may be many ways to make more money, but you can never buy back time. So invest your time wisely. Think about what you are doing and how you spend your precious life. Are your days full of the things that matter most to you? Now is the time to take control of your schedule and live a life that maters. If you will sit with Me, I will help you remove the things that are holding you back from doing what's most needed in this season of your life. There is never a wrong time to do the right thing, so come and experience success with divine direction."
"Our people should learn to spend their time doing something useful and worthwhile." Titus 3:14 CEV
Elizabeth George in her book, "A woman after God's own heart" speaks of good, better, best. She explains that some things are good, but somethings are better and others are best. So we are to choose what is best and our time will be valuable.
Prayer and communion with the Father seem to be the key in discerning what to do with our time so that we are choosing the best use of our time. May we take the time each morning to bow our knees and ask the Lord for His direction for the day, so that our lives may count for His glory. This is a challenge to me as well!
